Antecedent and Consequences of Customerelight: A Study at Fine Dining Restaurant in Indonesia

This study is to analyze the role of customer delight in mediating effect experiential value on Word Mouth (WOM) customers fine dining restaurants Indonesia. Questionnaires were distributed using purposive sampling technique order obtain a sample 250 respondents. The research data analyzed statistically descriptive Partial Least Square (PLS) method. results found that variables supported by dimensions escapism, food and beverage excellence efficiency showed positive influence WOM. variable which has an WOM if mediated , escapism dimension also affects when variable. originality this lies with aesthetic experience, service turns out have or WOM, as no limited only restaurants. managerial implication can be increased through beautiful appearance accompanied appropriate temperature, strategy attractive alternative it equipped delightful touch.
